One visitor session on any channel, up to 50 messages from the visitor. A reply from your team never counts, and a conversation in which the assistant searches the web counts as two, or three if it searches more than twice. Once the month's conversations are used, the assistant collects contact details instead of answering until you add a block or the month turns.

Enterprise requests aren't binding until you accept a written proposal. Any third-party platform charges are always listed separately.

A paid plan is charged for its first month (or year) when you start it, then at the start of each period. The plan's full limits apply from the first minute. Cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid.

Yes. A bigger plan applies at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A move from yearly to monthly, a downgrade or a cancellation applies at the end of the paid period, and your dashboard shows the date.

Prices are in AED and include VAT where it applies. Every payment gets a numbered tax invoice in your account.

Nothing: you keep your price and you have everything in Team. Upgrade any time from Settings > Plan.
