How bidi works.

Straight answers to the questions businesses ask before starting. Open any question below.

What is bidi?

bidi provides managed chatbots for businesses. A bidi bot handles your customers’ enquiries in Arabic and English, around the clock, using only information your business has approved.

What can a bidi bot do for my business?

It answers routine enquiries, collects customer and case details, and prepares booking or service requests. Whenever a matter requires judgement, the conversation is handed to your team with full context.

Which channels are supported?

Website chat and WhatsApp are available with Ready. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are delivered through the Build route. Channel availability is confirmed during review.

How does the bot know what to say?

Every answer comes exclusively from sources you approve — your website, your documents, or the business details you provide. When the bot is uncertain, it says so and involves a person rather than improvising.

How do I get started?

Choose the route that matches your requirement. Ready provides a prepared bot for one defined business job. Build shapes a bot around your workflows and systems. Studio delivers original, complex projects with specialist involvement. A 30-day Paid Pilot is available as a focused starting point.

What is the 30-day Paid Pilot?

A focused engagement for AED 1,500 covering one defined use case on one channel, in Arabic and English, with up to 300 customer conversations, knowledge preparation, testing, and a findings review. If you proceed to Ready within seven days of the pilot review, the pilot payment is credited toward your setup fee.

What does bidi cost?

Ready is AED 2,500 as a one-time setup fee and AED 750 per month. Build starts from AED 8,000 and Studio from AED 25,000, each confirmed through a written proposal. The complete cost structure is visible before you submit any request, and third-party charges are always stated separately.

How are conversations counted?

One conversation is one interaction session with one customer; after 24 hours of inactivity, the next message begins a new session. Ready includes 1,000 conversations per month. You are notified at 80% and 100% of your allowance and choose how to proceed — additional capacity is never charged automatically.

What happens when the bot cannot resolve a request?

That behaviour is yours to define: ask one clarifying question and then hand off, hand off immediately, or share contact options and stop. Decisions you designate — such as pricing or complaints — are always routed to your team.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your business information, policies, customer data, and customer-facing accounts remain your property. bidi operates with the minimum access required, and export, retention, and deletion terms are defined from the start.

What are the cancellation terms?

Service can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Monthly billing begins when your chatbot goes live. Completed setup and development work is non-refundable.

What is bidi Nitro?

bidi’s founding offer, available until 30 September 2026. The pilot payment covers the complete Ready setup fee, and the first three months are AED 599 per month before the protected standard rate of AED 750 applies. Full terms are available with the Nitro offer on the main page.
